Here are a few more details about each position (what we're looking for/our requirements):

Jewelry Production (part time, 10-20 hours per week)

What you'll be doing: assisting in the assembly and production of our jewelry--think delicate handiwork, precision and patience, handling tools, materials and components with care, quality checking each piece to make sure it meets our high standards, organizing and managing supplies so everything is easy to find.

What we need from you: a steady hand and attention to detail--if you can thread a needle on the first try, you're our kind of person, a love for jewelry and an appreciation for the craftsmanship behind it, patience, previous experience with jewelry making, crafting or handiwork is a huge plus, but we're happy to train the right person, ability to work efficiently and stay organized (because a tangled chain is just a sad time for everyone), a team player who's down to help wherever needed.

Sales Associate  (part time, 10-20 hours per week)

What you'll be doing: helping customers pick out jewelry that makes them feel like royalty, dropping fun facts about gemstones, metals and jewelry care like you're the wikipedia of bling, ringing up purchases accurately, keeping displays looking flawless as a freshly polished gold chain, building relationships with customers so they come back for all their jewelry needs (and maybe just to say hi), staying on top of trends so we're always ahead of the curve.

What we need from you: a love for jewelry and a passion for making people feel amazing, an outgoing personality, some sales or retail experience is a plus, but if you can charm your way through a conversation, we're listening, ability to work 2 weekends a month (Saturday and Sunday), a keen eye for detail, a sense of humor -- we're a boutique, not a boardroom, so let's keep it fun.

Brand Content Creator/Photographer (part time, 10-20 hours per week)

What you'll be doing: photographing our jewelry in a way that makes people want to drop everything and add to cart, shooting products in still life using a lightbox, shooting lifestyle and behind the scenes content to give our audience an inside look at the magic, editing photos to perfection, creating engaging content for instagram and other social platforms like reels and stories, planning and executing content strategies that help us grow, engage and stand out in a crowded market, keeping an eye on trends and finding creative ways to showcase our jewelry in fresh ways, collaborating with the team to bring our brand vision to life through visual storytelling.

What we need from you: a photographer with an eye for detail and a knack for making jewelry pop on camera, experience with product photography, lifestyle photography and social media creation, proficiency in photo editing tools, a creative thinker who's always buzzing with fresh ideas and ways to make our brand stand out, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, a love for jewelry is a bonus because let's be honest, you'll be surrounded by it.

Ecommerce/Assistant (part time, 10-20 hours per week)

What you'll be doing: managing our e-commerce platform like a pro including updating product listings, pricing and inventory so everything stays fresh and accurate, writing product descriptions that make people say, "I need this in my life", keeping an eye on inventory levels and working with the team to make sure we never run out of bestsellers, assisting with website updates, troubleshooting tech hiccups and making sure our online store looks as polished as our jewelry.

What we need from you: someone who's detail-oriented, organized and tech savvy (you don't need to be a coder, but a little digital know-how goes a long way), experience with Shopify e commerce platform, strong writing skills because a great product deserves a great description, a problem solver who doesn't panic when something goes poof on the website, a team player who can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the (jewelry) box, previous e commerce or retail experience is a plus, but if you're quick to learn and love a fast-paced environment, we're all ears, a love for jewelry is a nice bonus.
