WHAT IS A FOREVER BRACELET?

It’s a dainty, custom-fit chain that gets welded onto your wrist with a tiny jump ring—no clasp, no fuss. You pick the chain & we zap it on. It’s quick, cute, and it’s a great way to have some sparkle 24/7!

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Hit the “Book Now” button on our Instagram (@sugarandlola), or book through our website using the drop-down menu on the top left corner of the home page. You can also call us at 843-212-7646.

Each appointment is 15 minutes per piece, so if you want more than one (or you’re coming with friends/family), please book accordingly.

We zap pretty much every day!

WHAT CHAINS DO YOU OFFER?

We’ve got:

14k gold filled & sterling silver: $55–$72

Solid 14k gold (yellow, white, rose): $88-$300+

CAN I SHOWER WITH IT?

Yes, all our chains are high quality!

Gold filled & sterling silver love a little TLC. Cleaning them weekly will help keep their shine and prevent tarnish.

Solid 14k gold? Basically invincible, but cleaning never hurts!

HOW DO I CLEAN IT?

We sell jewelry cleaner for $14.99 that comes with a pump dispenser for easy use, but you can also use Dawn dish soap and warm water as an alternative. Clean between the links to keep that sparkle going.

WHAT IF IT BREAKS OR STRETCHES?

First 2 weeks? We’ll reweld for free. After that? Just $10.

Chains can stretch overtime so if it feels loose, swing by and we’ll adjust your fit for the same fee.

Heads up: these babies are sturdy, but not indestructible. Handle with care.

WHAT IF I NEED TO TAKE IT OFF?

Life happens. Cut at the jump ring with kitchen scissors, save your chain, and book a reweld appointment when you’re ready.

WHICH WRIST SHOULD I GET IT ON?

We recommend the wrist without your watch (Sometimes the chains get stuck underneath the watch which can, A) hide the bracelet, or B) become uncomfortable/stuck).

BUT it’s *your* vibe and we’ll weld whichever you want!

WILL IT SET OFF AIRPORT SECURITY?

Nope. TSA-friendly and travel approved.

CAN I GET AN ANKLET OR NECKLACE OR A RING INSTEAD?

Yes, yes, and yes!

Forever Anklets: $75–$92 for 14k gold filled & sterling silver; 14k gold is priced by the inch.

TIP: We recommend 14k gold filled or sterling silver for anklets, as anklets can be more temperamental and you’re less likely to feel one come off compared to a bracelet. So losing a $75 anklet would hurt the soul a little less than losing a $300 anklet… and both look great anyway!

CAN I ADD CHARMS?

Of course! We’ve got adorable options starting at $30. Most attach on both sides for a seamless look. Add one anytime or multiple at once!

WILL YOU MAKE MY PERSONAL BRACELET INTO A FOREVER BRACELET?

Totally. Bring your own chain (BYOC) for $25. We’ll inspect it first to make sure it’s weldable.

Have permanent jewelry from somewhere else, but need it rewelded? Reweld fee is $15.
