Life happens… and jewelry breaks sometimes. We are happy to help with repairs of jewelry you purchased from us. Please email or call us to get the process started.

If you are local please visit us in our Mt. Pleasant location with your repair at 835 Coleman Blvd. Suite 101 Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. Our store hours are Monday through Friday from 10–5:30 and Saturday from 10–3.

Jewelry Care

All precious metals can tarnish over time, especially with everyday wear. The best way to keep your jewelry looking its best is to take it off before showering or working out and keep it away from chemicals like chlorine, perfumes, and lotions. When you’re not wearing it, store your pieces in a dry, airtight container to help protect their shine!

Clean with a degreasing liquid soap such as Dawn dishwashing liquid in warm sudsy water, rinse well and pat dry with a scratch resistant cloth. You can also polish gently with a jewelry polishing cloth.

We also sell a foaming jewelry cleaner that is safe to use on your Sugar & Lola pieces. It is available on our website and in store.
