Jewelry Warranty

Every Sugar & Lola piece is handcrafted or thoughtfully sourced, examined with care, and protected by a limited warranty that reflects the intention behind our craftsmanship.

1 Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Craftsmanship Defects are Covered

  • Flaws in materials or workmanship that were not caused by wear, misuse, or damage (clasps, hinges, chain etc.) will be covered. We will charge a repair fee for defects that were caused by wear or misuse.

  • Loose or missing stones caused by a setting or craftsmanship issue under normal wear will be covered. Loose or missing stones not caused by a setting or craftsmanship issue will incur a repair fee.

Shipping & Handling Defects

  • If you received the incorrect item or if it arrived damaged or defective upon arrival it will be covered. You must message us within 3 days of the receipt of the incorrect or damaged item. Please email us with a description of the issue and photos. Our email is sugarandlola835@gmail.com

Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Loss or theft

  • Accidental damage to the item

  • Normal wear and tear of the item

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Damage from improper care

Repairs

Life happens… and jewelry breaks sometimes. We are happy to help with repairs of jewelry you purchased from us. Please email or call us to get the process started.

If you are local please visit us in our Mt. Pleasant location with your repair at 835 Coleman Blvd. Suite 101 Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. Our store hours are Monday through Friday from 10–5:30 and Saturday from 10–3.

Jewelry Care

All precious metals can tarnish over time, especially with everyday wear. The best way to keep your jewelry looking its best is to take it off before showering or working out and keep it away from chemicals like chlorine, perfumes, and lotions. When you’re not wearing it, store your pieces in a dry, airtight container to help protect their shine!

Clean with a degreasing liquid soap such as Dawn dishwashing liquid in warm sudsy water, rinse well and pat dry with a scratch resistant cloth. You can also polish gently with a jewelry polishing cloth.

We also sell a foaming jewelry cleaner that is safe to use on your Sugar & Lola pieces. It is available on our website and in store.
